Why kukui.com?
In the Hawaiian language, the word "kukui" means "enlightened." Of course, the kukui tree bears the kukui nut, which contains an oil that is not only excellent for the skin but can be burned for light. Now, if the ancient Hawaiians burned kukui nut oil for light, maybe that's why it translates into "enlightened" in English... Whatever the true meaning, it's a five-letter '.com' domain name that's easy to type and easy to remember. It has nothing at all to do with computers, but then again, neither does an apple.
